These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Found in Translation website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services
Found in Translation provides professional translation, localisation, and language-related services including but not limited to: technical translation, creative translation, sworn and certified translation, games localisation, interactive media localisation, subtitling, and adaptation services.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement or purchase order confirmed between Found in Translation and the client prior to commencement of work.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided via our website contact form or by email are indicative and non-binding until confirmed in writing by Found in Translation. Final pricing depends on the specific nature, volume, language pair, and complexity of the project.
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Italian VAT (IVA) will be applied where applicable under Italian and EU law.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client acquires full rights to the translated content. Found in Translation retains the right to mention the client relationship for marketing purposes (e.g., listing the client as a reference) unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
All original content, design, and code on the Found in Translation website remains the exclusive property of Found in Translation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Found in Translation treats all client materials and project information as strictly confidential. Our translators are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not disclose any client materials to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
6. Revisions and Quality Guarantee
We include unlimited free revisions with all our work. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery. Revision requests submitted after this period may be subject to additional charges.
Revisions cover corrections to translation errors and consistency issues. Changes to source content or scope after delivery are considered new work and will be quoted separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Found in Translation's liability in connection with any translation or localisation project is limited to the value of the fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our translations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
